Preparation

Pluck herbs off of stalk and chop finely. Peel the ripe pears, core them, cut them into wedges and sprinkle with the lemon juice. Remove outer leaves of red endives, halve the rest and then cut into strips.

Place the pizza dough on a baking tray and coat with olive oil. Distribute pear wedges, then spread the red endive leaves over the pears. Now cut the Gorgonzola cheese into pieces and spread across the red endives.

Bake the pizza according to the instructions and then garnish with the fresh herbs.
