Pizza Salami

Preparation

Preheat oven. Roll out the pastry, place on baking tray and sprinkle with olive oil.

Cover pastry with the tomato sauce. Likewise cut the aubergine into slices and spread on pastry. Season with pepper.

Bake in the oven at 200 °C for approx. 15 – 20 minutes. Remove pizza from the oven and cover with salami, mozzarella, sage and caper berries.

  • 1 pack Wewalka pizza dough, 400g

  • 1 tomato sauce (included in Wewalka Pizza Kit)

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • 200 g aubergine

  • 200 g mozzarella

  • 150 g salami

  • 6 fresh sage leaves

  • 3 tbsp caper berries

  • coarsely ground mixed pepper
