Preparation

Preheat oven. Peel the pineapple, remove the stalk and cut into small pieces. Blend together with the tomato sauce in a mixer and season with honey, salt and pepper.

Place the pizza base on a baking tray and cover with the tomato-pineapple sauce. Then bake in the oven at 200 °C for 15-20 minutes.

Remove pizza from the oven when crust is crispy and golden brown. Cover with ham, parmesan shaves, arugula salad and basil.
